Description

This building is an early 19th-century cottage located on Clubb's Lane, constructed from random red brick with decorative dressings at the corners. It features a pantile roof with hipped ends and round arched windows that have casements with glazing bars. The cottage, along with Nos 1 and 6 and the front wall and piers, forms a group with Bishop Ingle's House and the house occupied by Mr and Mrs Fulford, known as Clubbs House.
