Dated 1886. Plastered, colour washed. Low pitched pantile roof behind parapet. Pilasters with diagonally set pinnacles over cornice. 2 storeys. Casement windows with 'Gothic' pattern, glazing bars and drip moulds over. Octagonal linked pairs of chimneys.
