Description
West Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse constructed with a timber frame and a plastered brick skin on a brick plinth. It features a pantile roof and stands two storeys tall, with four windows on each floor, which were added in the late 20th century. The entrance door is located to the left of the centre, behind a 20th-century verandah that extends to the right, incorporating a central 20th-century bay window, and to the left, there is a gabled extension. The roof has a gabled design with an axial stack that has diamond section flues. The west gable wall is made of brick and includes an internal stack. Inside, there is a 4-centred plastered fireplace in the downstairs room and a spine bridging beam. The building has undergone significant alterations over time.
