Description

Nos 86, 86A, and 88 on High Street is an early 18th-century red brick building that has been divided into several premises. It features a steeply pitched tiled roof with wooden eaves and a brick frieze, along with a central gabled dormer. The building stands two storeys high with an attic and has a continuous modern shop front. The first floor includes four sash windows with glazing bars, set in broad, nearly flush frames, and these are topped by cutter flat arches. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 80 to 98 (even), 84A, 86A, and 92A.
