The building stands three storeys tall, but there is no cornice above the modern shop front. The first-floor window has been changed to a flush casement, while the second-floor retains a sash window with glazing bars. This property is included for its group value with Nos 2 to 32 (even), No 26A, and Nos 1 and 2 John Street.
