Description
The building is a cartshed, which is now partly used as a garage. It dates from the late 16th century to early 17th century and features a timber frame with dark weatherboarding and an old red tile roof that extends over the rear aisle. The structure has six bays and is open-fronted, facing north and backing onto the road, with a rear aisle. It includes straight braces to the tie beams and inclined queen-posts that support one purlin on each slope. This building is included for its group value with the nearby Rectory Farmhouse.
