Description
This is a house, originally one dwelling, now divided into two, likely dating from the 18th century or earlier, with 19th-century extensions added to each end. The original structure has a timber frame covered with stucco and a sill, with roughcast plasterwork. The extensions are built of painted red brick. The roof is steeply pitched and covered in red tiles. The house has a two-storey, two-room, internal-chimney, lobby-entry plan, facing east. There is a single-storey extension to the north and a lean-to addition to the south. The east front is irregular, featuring three windows on the first floor, two on the ground floor, and two doors. The second door is located at the north end of the front, positioned next to an exposed corner post. The windows are flush-faced, with two small panes and casement openings. A plank door is located in the middle, leading up two steps.
