Patient End House, formerly known as Hill Cottage, is a 17th century cottage with a timber frame and pebbledash render. It has a tiled roof and is arranged over one storey with attics. The building features casement windows, a single dormer, and a central brick chimney stack. There are modern extensions at the rear.
