Description

The summer house at the rear of the garden of Number 9 on Bell Street is an early 19th-century Gothic structure. It is built against the north wall of the garden using knapped flint, with red brick used for the angles and decorative features. The building has a polygonal shape and is topped with a slated roof. It features pointed windows and an elaborate doorway, which has hood-mould stops carved in the shapes of a pig and a goat. Additionally, there is an early 19th-century sash window in the rear wall. The overall design is picturesque.
