Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century house. It is constructed of chequer brickwork, using plum-coloured bricks as stretchers and red bricks as headers. The roof is slate-covered with an eaves cornice. The house is two storeys high and has two sliding sash windows on the first floor, with multi-pane glazing. On the ground floor is a segmental oriel bow window with slim pilasters and a simplified entablature. There is a four-panel door beneath a slightly cambered arch, and a similar arch leads to a passage on the right.
