Nos. 163 and 165 High Street are two buildings dating from the 17th century or earlier, which have been altered over time. The building on the left is taller and has a tiled roof, while the one on the right is lower and also features a tiled roof. Both buildings have a plaster first floor and modern shop windows at ground level. The left building has two storeys with two flush casements, while the right building has two storeys and an attic, featuring a Yorkshire casement and a gabled Yorkshire casement dormer, both of which include glazing bars.
