This is a timber-framed barn and a range of outbuildings located to the south-west of Walker's Farmhouse, dating from the 16th to 17th century. The barn features eight bays and is weather-boarded, with a roof made of corrugated asbestos. Included in the outbuildings is a thatched open building at the north-west end.
