Description
The stable east of Lindsell Hall is a byre dating from the mid-16th century. It is constructed with a timber frame, which is plastered and weatherboarded, and features a half hipped roof made of corrugated asbestos. The building is six bays long, with the eastern bay having been partly rebuilt in the early 17th century. Notable architectural features include a crown post roof, jowled posts, and halved and bridled top plate scarfs.
