Description
Glebe House is a building from the early to mid-19th century with a brick front that has been painted, originally constructed as a timber-framed house in the 17th century. Most of the original timber frame is still visible. The house has two storeys. The west front features a central two-storey canted bay with a modillion eaves cornice. On the ground floor, there is a six-panel door with a moulded architrave, frieze, and cornice. Flanking the bay are two window ranges of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. At the north end, there is a single-storey bay. The roof at the front is covered with slate, while the rear has a tiled roof. There are wings extending to the east at the back of the house.
