Peartree Cottage is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered building, featuring some weather-boarding and a lower addition at the east end. It is positioned at right angles to the road and has one storey with attics. The cottage has casement windows and a thatched roof, which is half hipped on the east addition, and includes a central chimney stack.
