Description
The Red Cow Inn is a timber-framed and plastered building that dates back to the 15th century, although it has undergone significant renovations and alterations. The inn has one storey and attics at the south end, with the eaves raised to create two storeys at the north end. It features modern casement windows with lattice leaded lights. The roof is thatched and half hipped at the north end, with one central chimney stack and one end chimney stack, both of which have two square shafts joined at the top and have been rebuilt. Inside, there are some areas of exposed timber framing.
