Description
Andrews House is a house that likely has a core dating back to the 15th century. In the 18th century, a grant from Queen Anne's Bounty allowed for extensions to the north and south, along with various later additions and alterations. The house has two storeys and attics, featuring a plain red tile, hipped gambrel roof with two gabled dormers. There are lean-to extensions on both the right and left sides. The front has five range sliding sash windows, with a window on the left lean-to and a door on the right. A six-panelled door is located in the central enclosed porch. There are two red brick chimney stacks on the right and left. The rear of the house has various extensions, contributing to its complex plan.
