Description

Ryders is a former farmhouse dating from the 16th to 17th century, constructed with timber framing and plaster. The upper storey juts out over the south and west sides, and there is a 17th-century wing extending to the east. The building has two storeys and features casement windows, although the east wing has 20th-century windows. The roofs are tiled, and there is a central original chimney stack on the east wing with grouped attached shafts. Additionally, the east wing has a coved plaster eaves cornice. Inside, the property showcases exposed beams and some visible timber-framing.
