Description
Chesterford House is a red brick house dating to the 18th century, with 19th-century external features, and possibly incorporating an earlier core. The house is two storeys high with attics, and has a parapet with a raised brick band. The south front features two two-storey bays and a central porch. An early 19th-century addition of one window range extends to the west. The windows are early 19th century casements with Gothic arched top panes. The north front has a gable at the east end, with a later gabled wing extending to the west. The roofs are tiled, with a mansard roof to the main block, incorporating three segmental headed dormer windows on the south front.
