Description

The Plough Inn is an 18th-century timber-framed and plastered building, with a 19th-century addition at the west end. The front features an oval date panel displaying the initials R.I.W. and the year 1792. The building has two storeys and a four-window range, primarily consisting of double-hung sashes, with some casements. The 19th-century addition includes horizontal sliding sashes. The main block has a tiled roof with a large central square chimney stack, while the addition has a hipped slate roof.
