Description

Hole Farm Cottage is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered cottage located in Stansted Mountfitchet, specifically at Bentfield Bower. The cottage is two storeys high and features casement windows, some of which are leaded. The roof was originally thatched but was destroyed by fire at the time of the survey. The roof is now half hipped at both the north and south ends.
