An 18th-century red brick stable building stands to the north-west of Waterside Preparatory School, within the Farnham Hassobury Estate. The building is two storeys high and has a four-window range of three-light casement windows on its south front. The roof is tiled, with two gabled dormers on the south side. A central, square, weather-boarded clock turret rises above the roof, featuring clock faces on both the south and north sides, and topped with a pyramid roof.
