Description
The White Hart Inn is a building that originally dates back to the 17th century and features a timber-framed and plastered structure with a gabled cross wing at the east end. It has undergone alterations in the 18th and 19th centuries, including the addition of a 19th-century wing that extends to the east of the cross wing. The inn consists of two storeys in the main block and one storey in the original house. The original block is fitted with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars, while the 19th-century wing features casement windows. A modern gabled porch projects from the front of the building. The roof of the original block is tiled, while the 19th-century wing has a slate roof that is hipped at the east end.
