Description

Howe Hall is an early 19th century, two-storey red brick house. It has a hipped slate roof with wide, overhanging eaves. The house is in a ‘T’ shape, with a projecting block at the east end of the main facade. It features double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, each with a rubbed brick arch above, the ground floor windows being of a 'tripartite' form. The doorway is set within an off-centre doorcase with a cornice. The exterior includes a brick string course between the floors, a plinth, and a rounded corner on the south-west side. Three large red brick stacks are also present.
