Description

Wenden Hall is a building that includes part of a 15th century two-bay hall house on the east end and an 18th century block on the west. The structure is mostly timber-framed and plastered, with some areas of plastered brick and brick plinths. It underwent renovation and restoration in the 20th century. The east wing has one storey and attics, while the west block has two storeys and attics. The windows are primarily three-light double-hung sashes with glazing bars and narrow side lights. The roofs are tiled, featuring one gabled dormer on the north front of the east wing and two gabled dormers on the south front. The west block has two hipped dormers on the north front. Inside, the east wing displays exposed timber-framing and a crown post roof.
