Description

The White House is a 17th and 18th century timber-framed and plastered house, designed in a T-shaped plan. It has two storeys, with a jettied gabled upper storey on the east end that is faced in weather-boarding. The south front features two ranges of windows, which are horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars. A central doorway is adorned with pilasters and a cornice hood. The roof is thatched.
