Description

Oldhouse Farmhouse is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered building that has been renovated and altered. It stands two storeys high with attics, and part of the moat remains on the property. The north front features three gables and has casement windows with leaded lights. The roof is tiled and includes an original central chimney stack with three grouped diagonal shafts. The north-east and west sides have coved plaster eaves cornices. Inside, the farmhouse showcases exposed timber-framing, ceiling beams, and joists, along with an original open fireplace.
