Sudbury Ley is a timber-framed and plastered building dating from the 18th to 19th century, with some weather-boarding. It has one storey and attics. The windows include both casements and double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A tiled roof extends across the front over two bays, while the thatched roof features a central chimney stack.
