Description

Little Brockholds is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered farmhouse with an L-shaped plan, featuring a gabled wing that extends to the south. The main block has one storey and attics, while the wing has two storeys and attics. The gable of the wing displays a modern date panel inscribed with the year 1629. The building has modern casement windows and a tiled roof, which includes two gabled dormers on the north side and one on the south side. A tall rectangular chimney stack is present on the main block, and the gable of the south wing retains its original bargeboards.
