Description

Tye Green Farmhouse is a 17th century red brick house located in Elsenham. The building features a short gabled wing at the south end of the front and a gable at the north end. It has two storeys and attics, with a three-window range that includes some 18th century double-hung sashes with glazing bars and some casements. The roof is tiled and includes one gabled dormer, along with an original central chimney stack that has four octagonal shafts with moulded caps and bases.
