Description

The Cottage is a timber-framed and plastered building dating from the 16th to 17th century, standing at right angles to the road. It has been altered but likely originated as a hall house. The building is one storey with attics and features modern casement windows. The thatched roof has four dormers at various heights and a central chimney stack, with an external stack located at the west end. Inside, the Cottage showcases exposed timber-framing.
