Description

The Fox and Hounds Inn is an 18th-century timber-framed and plastered building, with some weather-boarding, situated at right angles to Clavering High Street. It has later additions on the south side and stands two storeys tall. The windows are primarily double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The roof is tiled, half hipped at both the north-west and south-east ends, featuring a central chimney stack at the south-east end.
