Description

Nos 229 to 233 on High Street are 18th-century buildings with a colourwashed roughcast exterior and a hipped old tile roof. They stand two storeys high and feature an eaves cornice along the top. The front has four flush windows, with 19th-century sash windows at the ends and casements. There are modern shop bay windows, with the one on the left extending to two storeys. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 221 to 235 and Nos 236 and 237.
