Description

Epping Place is a building dating from the 17th century or early 18th century, constructed before 1706. It has two storeys, an attic, and cellars, featuring five windows, with the centre window being blank. The structure is made of brick and has cambered arches. The windows are sash style in exposed frames, and there are three dormers with flat roofs. The plain porch is supported by two columns and accessed by four steps. The hipped tile roof has modillion eaves. This 'Queen Anne' house includes panelled rooms and a staircase.
