Description

Hill Farmhouse is a 16th century house located on an L-plan with an underbuilt jetty on the wing. It features ridged, gabled roofs that are covered with peg tiles, and has one Elizabethan red brick chimney stack with two octagonal shafts, each adorned with a capital and base. The front porch is made of brick and gabled, featuring a six-panel door set within a case that has concentric indents. On the first storey, there are three sash windows in exposed boxes, which are small-paned and hornless. There are matching sash windows on the ground elevation to the left and right. Additionally, there is a 17th century chimney stack at the return of the roofs.
