Description

9 and 10 East Hill is a good early Georgian town house, featuring a fine brick front and standing two storeys tall. The panelled parapet has been rebuilt, and there is a range of double hung sash windows with glazing bars set in cased frames, topped with elaborate rubbed brick arches. The entrance has a later simple Tuscan doorcase with panelled reveals, which is approached by a flight of steps with handrails. The building has a tiled roof. It forms a group with The Ship Public House and Nos 6 to 10 East Hill.
