Description
The Grosvenor Hotel is an early 19th-century building located on Maldon Road. It is constructed of painted brick and stands three storeys tall, featuring three windows with sash frames that include glazing bars. The first floor has round-headed windows, with the central window painted to resemble the others. The building is topped with a slate roof.
