Description

Fouchers is a 15th-century moated hall house located on Good Easter Fountain Road. It features cross wings at both the east and west ends, with the hall open to the roof. The upper storey jetties out at the front, supported by brackets, and the cross wings display sham timber-framing in their gables. The house underwent alterations in the 19th century and was renovated in the 20th century. It has two storeys and attics, with a four-window range consisting of double-hung sashes that have glazing bars in the upper sashes. At the rear, there are four gables. The roof is tiled and includes one gabled dormer on the main block.
