Description

The tombstone to Gyver Bridge, located 9 metres northeast of the Church of St Peter in Brentwood, dates from 1755 and is made of Portland stone. It features a depressed arched top adorned with Palladian scrolls on the sides and a central winged cherub's head. The inscription on the tombstone is clear. This monument, along with the lych gate, forms a group with the Church of St Peter.
