Description

Oak Tree Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 17th century, with a 19th-century extension. It features a timber-framed and plastered structure with a half hipped thatched roof, along with clay bat and painted brick quoins and dressings, and a slated roof. The building has one storey and an attic, as well as two storeys. There are two entrances with panelled doors, three four-paned hung sash windows, and one horizontal sliding sash dormer window.
