Catworth Post Office is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house located on the south side of High Street in Catworth. It features a cross-wing to the east and a 19th century painted brick shop extension to the west. The building has two storeys and is topped with plain tile roofs, supported by two ridge stacks. The cross-wing includes a panelled house door with a rectangular fanlight above, along with one three-light casement window and one hung sash window with glazing bars. The main range has three hung sash windows with glazing bars on both floors. The shop area has a central door that is accessed by steps from the street, flanked by windows and adorned with a common architrave. Inside, there are sealed inglenook hearths and some exposed timber framing, along with later 19th century fittings. Additionally, there are some 18th century two-panelled doors in the first floor rooms.
