No. 14 Ramsey Road is an early 19th-century house built of gault brick, with a facade that is roughcast rendered. It features a steeply pitched modern tile roof. The building has two hung sash windows with glazing bars on either side of a smaller, similar window. At ground level, there are two hung sash windows with margin lights. The central entrance is marked by a doorway.
