Description
The clock tower was built in 1887 to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria. It is constructed in the Gothic revival style, using red brick and Warboys white brick, with stone dressings. The tower has three stages topped with a pyramidal roof of Welsh slates. The ground stage is open, with diagonal buttressing at the corners. The clock stage is built of stone ashlar, featuring a clock dial with Roman numerals.
