Description

No. 63 Great Whyte is likely a 14th-century open hall with a solar, which was altered in the early 19th century. The building features timber framing that is encased in brick and rendered from the 19th century. It has a bank between storeys and flush quoins, with a pantiled roof. The house is two storeys tall and has two hung sash windows with glazing bars in open boxing on the first floor. There are two similar windows on either side of the doorway at the ground floor. A passageway entry is located to the south. The external dimensions of this house are similar to those of No. 113.
