Description

There are two standing crosses located at the west end of the church in the churchyard. These crosses date from the 10th or 11th century and are made of limestone, with some repairs. Each cross features pierced wheel-heads, and one has round bosses in the center of each face. The sides of the shafts and the plinth are carved with panels of interlacing knotwork. The crosses were discovered by Lord Carysfort in 1884 or 1885 in the church or churchyard.
