Description

This small barn, located approximately 15 metres southeast of All Saints Church, dates from the 17th century or earlier and was altered in the 19th century. It is timber-framed and plastered, with some sections of the frame exposed, and consists of four bays. The barn features a plinth made of red brick and limestone rubble. It has a low-pitched hipped roof covered with slate, which includes a red brick ridge stack. The building may have originally served a domestic purpose. It is included for its group value with the nearby church.
