Description
1 Trinity Street is an early 19th-century building that stands five storeys tall with attics. It is constructed of gault brick and features a mansard slate roof. The east front has a ground floor made of rusticated stone, which includes one segmental-arched opening and two windows adorned with good wrought iron grilles. The south front faces Saint Mary's Road and has an arcade at ground floor level, with seven windows that have glazing bars, although six of these are blocked. The first floor also has six windows with good wrought iron grilles, and there are three flat-topped dormers. The interior retains some contemporary features. This building, along with Nos 1 to 3 Trinity Street, forms a group.
