Description
Chesterton Hall is a house dating from the early to mid-17th century. It is two storeys high with attics, and was designed symmetrically with a formal front to the road. The building is constructed of red brick with stone dressings. A moulded brick band runs between the two storeys. The front facade features three mullioned and transomed windows, which have been fitted with later glazing. Three brick dormers are visible, each with a semi-circular gable. The end walls are finished with shaped gables. A rectangular stairtower, built in the 19th century, was added at a later date. The interior contains no original features.
