Description

No. 16 High Street is a 17th-century cottage constructed from coursed stone rubble. It features a thatched roof, with one end hipped and the other gabled. The building is one storey with an attic. The rear side, which faces away from the road, has two windows: one small modern window and one casement window, along with a blocked doorway. The garden front includes a dormer and two casement windows. There are brick and stone chimney stacks at each end. A modern single-storey extension has been added to the south end.
