Description

The Limes is an 18th-century house located on the south side of Barnack Main Street. It is constructed of squared stone rubble and features a Collyweston stone mansard roof with gabled ends. The building has two storeys and an attic, with three bays. The windows are 19th-century sashes without glazing bars and have stone lintels above them. The central doorway is plain and includes a rectangular fanlight and a glazed door. There are two hipped roof dormers and stone stacks at the ends. A wing at the rear was rebuilt in brick in the late 19th century.
